CLUB FAQs➔

  • I provide a full exterior and interior detail each week, helping you maintain a consistently clean and fresh vehicle. For a complete list of services, please contact me directly.

  • My club is set up for weekly services, which means you'll have a detail every week. I also offer the flexibility to pay per week or per month, depending on what works best for you.

  • The Detail Club is designed for weekly service. However, if you’re interested in bi-weekly or monthly options, please contact me directly for custom pricing and scheduling.

  • You can choose between paying $100 each week or $375 each month. This covers one detail each week, regardless of the payment plan you choose.

  • Taxes are not included in the membership fee and will be applied to each invoice, as required by law.

  • Payments are due on each billing cycle. If a payment is not made within 7 business days, a late fee may apply, and after 30 days, the unpaid balance may be sent to collections. Please reach out if you’re having payment issues so we can work together to avoid any disruptions in service.

  • I understand that plans change! Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. A $25 cancellation fee may apply if sufficient notice is not provided. In the case of a last-minute cancellation, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus the cancellation fee) if you notify me within 3-5 business days.

  • If you’re at a different address on your scheduled detail day, please reach out to me as soon as possible with the correct address. I’m happy to travel around Middle Tennessee, but I need accurate information to ensure timely service.

  • I’d love to help keep all your vehicles looking great! Additional vehicles can be added to your membership at a discounted rate. However, if the vehicles are in different locations, they cannot be detailed on the same day. Please contact me for more details on multi-car memberships.
